Charmaine began working in the insurance industry in 1997 and has experience in both commercial and personal lines. She is licensed in Property and Casualty and acts as the Quality Control Manager for our commercial lines department. She recieved her bachelor's degree from East Carolina University and has obtained her CISR designation through the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. Her primary goal is meeting the needs of our clients with accuracy and promptness. Charmaine began working with us in 2010 and is a valuable addition to our team.
